Biblical Timeline
We study the history of our countries, families and even
mankind along a chronological path. The Bible, however, we study
based on people or events. We tend to look at the Bible in a
disjointed manner. We might look a little bit at lineage,
but almost every event is looked at without regard to the
entire world of Biblical history. Okay, a quick
quiz: Was Adam still alive when Noah was born? Was Noah
still alive when Abram (Abraham) was born? Was Abraham still
alive when Moses was born? Which book was written first; Jonah,
or Micah? -- You might think I'm mean, but I shall not
