About CWSM.orgCWSM is an evolutionary (if I may use that word) out cropping of SearchManufacturing.com. I shall try to bore you as little as possible, as I explain who we are, and what we do. Most of us know that manufacturing is not necessarily considered a "Christian" vocation. We have all heard (perhaps even spoke) "shop" language. Any sign that you are moral, let alone Christian, is met with criticism and harassment. Christians who either work in, or in some way support manufacturing need a place to go. Somewhere that not only understands their challenges as a Christian, but also the challenges of manufacturing. CWSM understands many of the frustrations and challenges you face are not necessarily related to your faith. Hectic schedules, unplanned production interruptions, safety, security, quality concerns all tend to make what little hair we have left turn away from our natural color into that blended shade of white! CWSM also understands that you do face faith-challenges every day. Many are work-related, other are related to family, financial, neighbors, and even your church family. Our goal is to develop a site that has resources you can go to, meditations you can read, and of course, someone you can talk to. Come, tarry a while. I would offer you food or drink, but those things tend to make a mess at the network connections. May the Lord bless your time here, and may He continue the blessing after you leave. Dave
